Join us for a 4-week series focused on anxiety, stress relief, flexibility, and spiritual well-being. Participants will be guided through a full body stretch routine followed by a mindfulness/meditation exercise.
This series will be offered three times through the semester. Each series will have two 30-minute classes per week on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 8:00 PM located in the Yoga Studio (entry is near the Welcome Desk). This series is appropriate for general adult audience and individuals with limited lower body mobility. We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat.
Session #1: October 18th – November 14th (registration 10/11-10/17)
Session #2: November 15th – December 12th (registration 11/8-11/14)
Cost:
Students $5 per class or $25 per series
Non-students $10 per class or $60 per series
*Participants must sign up during the registration dates to be eligible for the series rate.
