Check-In Form

Please note!  The Check-In Form requires additional documentation. After you submit the form, please reply to the REQUEST FOR INFORMATION email and attach the following documents:

  • Copy of your F-1 visa for Marshall University and your F-1 visa stamp

Check-in Form

  • All new students are required to complete the check-in process, which includes completing this form and providing your original I-20, passport with US visa entry stamp, and current I-94. Failure to complete the check-in process is a violation of your F-1 or J-1 status and will result in termination of your F-1 or J-1 status. All new F-1 and J-1 students are required to complete the check-in process no later than the Monday following the add/drop deadline of the semester the student begins their program.

  • International Student Services Listserv

  • The Office of International Student Services at Marshall University manages an email listserv for our international students. Subscribing to the listserv is optional. By subscribing, you agree that you wish to receive emails related to on-campus events, community programming, housing or for-sale items from MU students, or important reminders specifically for our international students.
