The IT Infrastructure Group made a change to numbering format of the Calling Party Number that is presented to Frontier T1 in South Charleston for outbound Caller ID. This change allows individual telephone numbers to be sent out as the outbound Caller ID number. The change took place around 1:05 pm. Read More
