Biography

Lacie Bittinger has been a part of the Lewis College of Business for almost 15 years, first as a student and then as a staff member.  Lacie earned her MBA from Marshall University in 2011 and a MS in Human Resources Management in 2012.  During that time, she started working at the Lewis College of Business Advising Office, where she held advising various roles from 2010 to 2015 in addition to being an adjunct instructor. In 2015, she moved to Richmond, VA, and worked as an academic advisor at Virginia Commonwealth University.  In 2016, Lacie brought her experience from working at a large AACSB-accredited school back to Marshall. Combined with her previous experience as a student at Marshall and experience in advising at Marshall, Lacie now serves as the Director of Student Services in the Lewis College of Business Advising Office. She advises students that are student athletes or on academic probation, in addition to overseeing the operation of the Advising Office and serving on various college and university committees.
