Overview
The Honors Ambassadors Program provides students in the Honors College with a dynamic leadership and experiential learning opportunity. As ambassadors, students represent the Honors College at recruitment events, assist with outreach initiatives, and serve as mentors for prospective and current honors students. This program supports the College’s mission to foster intellectual curiosity, ethical leadership, and community engagement.
Ambassadors play a critical role in welcoming new students, promoting the Honors College, and building connections within the Marshall community. Through structured activities and flexible engagement opportunities, participants develop valuable professional and interpersonal skills that will benefit them throughout their academic and professional careers.
Students have the option to enroll in HON 301: Honors Engagement & Outreach to receive academic credit for their participation in the program.
