Raymond Keener Associate Professor Accounting and Legal Environment CH235 304-696-7170 keener19@marshall.edu Biography Raymond Keener received his LLM in Taxation/Law at Georgetown University College in 1990. He also received his JD in Law at West Virginia University College of Law in 1982. Raymond is currently a Legal Environment professor at Marshall University. He has been the Committee Chair for the LCOB’s Continuous Improvement Committee in 2019. He also preforms free (pro bono) legal services for various organizations.
