Job Description: Design, document, implement, manage and monitor multiple systems in an enterprise network computing environment; including management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, Microsoft Windows & Linux servers, network devices, and productivity tools; design, install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain server based applications and services, including system monitoring, authentication and authorization of infrastructure components, file services, Active Directory, DNS andDHCP, as well as unified communication components such as MS Exchange and Skype for Business; monitoring system performance, security, identifying areas of improvement, and correcting problems; support network computing systems and provide periodic status updates according to the terms of service level agreements (SLA’s); develop code for automation of system administration tasks; research and recommend hardware/software; install new systems and software; consult with other IT and campus departments on the implementation of their systems.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with four or more years of related and progressively responsible experience or an Associate’s Degree with at least six or more years of related and progressively responsible experience in a Linux and Windows server administration environment.
