[Service Update]: Telephone Outages

As of this morning all phone issues should be resolved.  Please report any issues you encounter to the IT Service Desk.  Thank you!

 

June 23, 2020  3:00 pm:

Marshall University Information Technology has updated certificates and performed upgrades to the telephone system which has caused intermittent issues across the Huntington and Regional campuses, excluding Marshall School of Medicine and Marshall Health.  IT staff and management are working to resolve the issues.  We do not have an estimated time when all issues will be resolved.  If you experience a phone outage please email the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@marshall.edu.  Look for further updates to be posted on the News/Alerts section of the Marshall IT website at https://www.marshall.edu/IT.
