Internet service was unavailable beginning at 11:38am. Service was fully restored by 12:02pm.
Root Cause:
Scheduled reload of switch.
Solution:
A reload of the switch cluster was needed to activate software version 3.6.3 that contains bug fixes believed to be causing recent outages.
