Marshall University Volunteers in Therapy (MUVIT)

The School of Physical Therapy at Marshall University is excited to announce the opening of a new, student directed outreach clinic, Marshall University Volunteers in Therapy (MUVIT).  We have been working on this project for some time now and are excited to finally everyone know we will be opening soon and are ready to start scheduling patients!

MUVIT is organized as a pro-bono physical therapy clinic intended to meet the needs of community members who either do not have physical therapy coverage or have exhausted their benefits.  Current Doctor of Physical Therapy students will be delivering care under the direct supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. More details about the clinic are available at our website.

In 2020, MUVIT will be open Fridays October 23-Decemer 11 from 2-4 pm. To schedule an appointment or make a referral, please fill out the referral form, call 304-696-2399, or email MUVITptclinic@marshall.edu
