Mission Statement for the Transformative Sales and Service Excellence Center (TSSEC)
The Transformative Sales and Service Excellence Center (TSSEC), created in partnership with Service Wire and the Lewis College of Business, bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world application. As a visionary industry leader, Service Wire recognized the need for graduates who combine strong academic grounding with practical experience in sales and service excellence.
Together, we prepare students to build lasting customer relationships, deliver integrated sales and service solutions, and strengthen the region by developing a skilled, customer-centered workforce ready to lead in a dynamic business landscape.
