Dynamic Forms is workflow and electronic form solution which was developed by NextGen Web Solutions and targeted toward higher education. It provides a simple way for non-technical users to take any paper-based form and quickly build a sophisticated interactive, electronic form.
To access Dynamic Forms, login to MyMU and go to the Employees or Faculty tab. Under Services, click Dynamic Forms.
