Graduate Scholarships & Assistantships

Scholarships and graduate assistantships offered by the School of Music are valuable opportunities designed to support you in your academic and professional pursuits.

Graduate Music Scholarships

Our scholars are merit-based awards provided to outstanding students pursuing advanced study in music. These scholarships recognize exceptional talent, dedication, and achievement in music, enabling to focus on your studies and artistic growth without the burden of excessive financial stress.

Graduate Assistantships

Our graduate assistantships offer you the chance to gain valuable professional experience while pursuing your degree. You will work closely with faculty members to teach undergraduate academic courses, applied lessons, or methods courses, or coach and direct ensembles. In addition to practical experience, you will receive a stipend and tuition waiver. In addition to an interview with your entrance committee, interviews with the Director of the School of Music and the Coordinator of Graduate Studies are required.
