Jingran Zhang

Biography

Jingran Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Health Care Administration at the Lewis College of Business. Dr. Zhang earned both doctorate and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering from China Jiliang University in Hangzhou, China. She teaches operations management, statistics, and supply chain management. Her research focuses on exploring and analyzing the performance advantage and innovative operation systems regarding online retailing and warehousing in the fast and intelligent supply chain. She is also interested in data analysis and decision-making research related to manufacturing, fast fashion, and health care. Jingran has three publications in leading academic journals including Production Planning and Control, the International Journal of Production Economics, and the International Journal of Production Research.
