Biography

William “Kent” Willis is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Health Care Administration Department at the Lewis College of Business. He serves as the coordinator of both the undergraduate and graduate health administration programs in the college. He has worked professionally in the health care field for 25 years before beginning his teaching career. Kent’s teaching involves the health care program and undergraduate management program. His research in the health care discipline focuses on communication issues in health care, nursing topics, and health administration issues. His work has been published in a variety of academic journals both nationally and internationally and he has presented at both national and international conferences.
