Request SomethingMarshall Information Technology offers a hardware authentication device called an OATH Tokens for MUNet accountholders who do not have a mobile device to for use as their primary MFA verification. These tokens are made available through this online check-out request form.
New OATH token requests are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Once processed, you will be notified when the token is available for pickup at the IT Service Desk, Drinko Library, 1st Floor, Huntington campus. You will need a valid picture ID to pick up the token. Fees are collected via Herd Points.
