IT Service Desk Update

Connect a Laptop to WiFi (Windows 8.1)

  1. Navigate to the bottom right corner of your screen next to the date and time. There should be a clear or greyed out Wireless icon of indicator bars with a star above. Click the wireless icon
  2. A roster of WiFi options should appear. Select MU WiFi, ensure Connect Automatically is checked, and sign in.
  3. Sign in with your MU Username and Password.
  4. If you have successfully connected, the status will change to Connected and the wireless icon in the lower right toolbar will fill white based on how strong the connection ins.
